Welcome to the #SpectrumGrad cohort for 2020Broadspectrum’s 2020 #SpectrumGrads have commenced their career journey with the company by participating in a three-day #SpectrumGrad Forum.
During the Forum, the #SpectrumGrads learnt about Broadspectrum’s values, operations and clients. The graduates were also given the opportunity to engage in Q&A sessions with key leaders from across the business, including Tim Phelan, Chief Executive, Resources; Domenic De Fazio, Chief Executive, Urban Infrastructure; Derek Osborn, Chief Executive, Defence and Social Infrastructure; and Sam Toppenberg, Group Director, People and Culture.
The new graduates participated in a range of activities, including a shark tank session with senior leaders, a design thinking workshop, communications training, a team building exercise, innovation sessions and personal branding training throughout the three days.
The graduates’ backgrounds include engineering, commerce and marketing. Based on business needs, they will be joining teams around Australia. The #SpectrumGrads will be placed in three rotations over the two-year program.
