Broadspectrum makes top 25 in graduate employers list
Broadspectrum has been named 25th in the Top 100 Graduate Employers list compiled by The Australian Financial Review (AFR) and GradConnection, a company which matches university graduates with leading employers.
The list was announced on Thursday, 13 February 2020 at the annual Top100 Graduate Employers and Future Leaders Awards held at the Ivy in Sydney. The results are based on the user behaviour of students and graduates using the GradConnection website for their job search.
Our #SpectrumGrad Program was a finalist in the category Most Popular Property, Infrastructure & Logistics Employer.
#SpectrumGrad is a two-year program where graduates participate in three rotations across a selection of industries, providing them with the opportunity to work in both corporate and field environments. The program provides extensive learning and development opportunities through face-to-face training, workshops, team building exercises, case studies and seminars.
#SpectrumGrads have access to a range of disciplines, including business, communications, engineering, environmental, finance, HR, HSE, information technology and marketing.
