TSI Fund completes Ratchaburi transaction

Transfield Services announced that Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund (TSI Fund) has last night implemented the Schemes of Arrangement (Schemes) for Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding PCL (RATCH) to purchase the stapled securities in TSI Fund not owned by Transfield Services, as approved by TSI Fund securityholders on 21 June 2011. The Schemes incorporate a series of ancillary transactions between Transfield Services and RATCH, which have also taken effect.
