The Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) demonstrates Broadspectrum commitment to Australia’s national efforts to close the Indigenous life expectancy gap and outlines measurable actions that we are taking to increase Indigenous participation within the business.
Our Indigenous Advisory Board advises us on Indigenous relations and engagement, provides guidance and direction in implementing policies and practices, and challenges our Company to seek continual improvements. The Indigenous Advisory Board comprises members of Broadspectrum executive management team and senior representatives from the community.
