Paul was appointed as Chairman on 20 September 2016.

Paul has a distinguished track record in both the public and private sectors. His previous roles have included Chairman of the Thales Group, Medibank Private, the COAG Reform Council, Symbion Health, Affinity Health, Ashton Mining, Plutonic Resources, Intoll Management Limited and the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research.

From 2000 to 2003 he served as the Secretary to Cabinet and Head of the Cabinet Policy Unit, reporting directly to then Prime Minister, John Howard OM, AC.

FIDEL LÓPEZ SORIA

Fidel was appointed a Director of Broadspectrum on 13 May 2016, and appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2017.

Since 2007, Fidel has held various leadership positions in the Ferrovial group across Europe. These positions include Corporate Development Director at Ferrovial Services, Managing Director and Commercial Director at Heathrow and Portfolio Management Director at Ferrovial’s Airports Division.

Before that, Fidel held the positions of Corporate Development and Regulatory Director, and Head of International Regulatory for energy and gas multinational Enel.

 

DEAN PRITCHARD

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dean was appointed a Director on 28 October 2013. Prior to the acquisition of the company by Ferrovial, Dean was Chair of the Health, Safety, Environment and Community Committee and a member of the Risk, Audit and Compliance Committee.

Dean had a successful 27 year executive career as a contractor in the property, engineering, construction and services industries, including five years as Chief Executive of major construction group Baulderstone Hornibrook.

Following his executive career, Dean has served on a number of boards from a range of sectors including Railcorp in NSW, IT services company ICS Global Limited, mining company Zinifex Limited, power generation corporation Eraring Energy and Spotless Group Limited.

SANTIAGO OLIVARES BLÁZQUEZ

Santiago was appointed a Director on 13 May 2016. He initially joined Ferrovial in 2002 as the Business Development Director for the Services Division. He later became the Director of the international area of this division. Since May 2007, he has held the position of CEO Ferrovial Services.


 

ALFREDO GARCIA LÓPEZ

Alfredo was appointed a Director on 13 May 2016. He initially joined Ferrovial Services in 2003 as manager of the International Legal Department within the Ferrovial Services’ Legal Department. Since 2008, he has been Legal Director of Ferrovial Services.

 

Gonzalez De Canales Moyano

Andres was appointed a Director on 13 May 2016. He initially joined Ferrovial in 2007 and is currently the Strategy and Development Director at Ferrovial Services. During his time at Ferrovial, he has lead the sales of Tube Lines and Swissport, and the acquisition of Steel Ingenieria, a services company in Chile. He also contributed to the development of Ferrovial Services's Strategic Plan and was responsible for incorporating Amey's Strategic Business Plan into it.

Andres previously held financial positions at Goldman Sachs and ACS, a major infrastructure and services group.
