Tom Quinn

Tom was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer on 1 December 2018.

He joined the company in 2016 as Chief Executive, Resources.

Prior to joining Broadspectrum, Tom was Group Vice President of Jacob’s North American Upstream and Midstream business in Canada, managing 7,000 employees. He has more than 30 years of experience working in Australia, the Asia Pacific, and North and South America, including as Managing Director, Aker Solutions in Australia, and Director of Operations, Fluor Corporation.

Tom’s depth of experience globally includes working in engineering, construction and maintenance enterprises across the manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, food, and chemical industries.

His expertise includes leading enterprises underpinned by sustainable and strategic decision-making, acute tactical planning and implementation, while influencing brand marketing and building strong customer relationships.

 

DOMENIC DE FAZIO

Domenic is responsible for the strategic growth and delivery of our services to the water, electrical and power, construction and telecommunications industries.

Domenic’s experience includes 17 years at Fulton Hogan, and prior to that, eight years at Transfield. He was most recently CEO, NZ Construction at Fulton Hogan, where he was responsible for all facets of Fulton Hogan’s construction business in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, including a Board Role on the Kaikoura Earthquake Recovery Project. He brings senior management experience across a range of disciplines including projects, civil, operations, alliances and engineering. He joined Broadspectrum in June 2018 to lead our growth in the Infrastructure sector.

 

Peter Richardson

Chief Executive, Transport

Peter is responsible for the strategic growth and delivery of our services to the roads, rail and public transport industries.

Peter has more than 30 years' experience in developing and leading successful transport infrastructure businesses both in Australia and internationally. He joins us from Amey Consulting Australia, where he has spent the past four years as Territory Business Director. Prior to moving to Australia, Peter was Amey's (UK) Business Director for Local Government. He has also held a number of senior executive roles in the UK, including eight years as Director of Infrastructure Services, with a major UK Transport Contractor.

 

Derek Osborn

Derek is responsible for the strategic growth and delivery of our services to the defence and social infrastructure sectors, including education, health, housing and justice.

With more than 13 year experience at Broadspectrum, Derek has held leadership roles in the mining, defence and property sectors. He is also a member of our Indigenous Advisory Board and is responsible for leading our innovation practice across the globe.

 

Toni Aliana

Toni Aliana joined Ferrovial Services in 2011. He was previously CFO of Ferrovial Services in Spain, and Director of Finance and IT at Cespa (the environmental services and waste treatment Ferrovial’s subsidiary). Prior to Ferrovial Services, Toni held senior Managing Director and CFO roles with Spanish subsidiaries of both Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom/Orange.

 

Ian Maxted

Chief Development Officer

Ian has had more than 30 years' experience across the property, development and infrastructure industries.

As Chief Development Officer, Ian's primary focus is on business growth to maximise company value. Ian has leadership of business development, public affairs and marketing and is responsible for the bid team and commercial, as well as new business incubators to help deliver our growth and capability agenda.

Ian was previously Executive General Manager, Property and Asset Services at Transfield Services and Chief Executive Officer at APP Corporation. The Asset Management Services business provided operational, facility management, corporate real estate and construction services as a full service logistic provider. He has also worked for government, developers and contractors.

 

Angelique Nesbitt

Angelique is the Group Director, Legal, Risk and Governance with responsibility for advising the Board and senior management on governance and legal matters. She is also responsible for the Group’s global compliance program and legal function.

Angelique joined the Company in 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience working with and advising companies in relation to infrastructure project, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate law and governance.

 

Grant Kerswell

Grant joined Broadspectrum in August 2011 as Executive General Manager, Human Resources and is now Group Director, Human Resources. Grant provides strategic advice and support in Organisational Development, Shared Services, Performance, Talent, Recruitment, Remuneration, HR Systems and Workplace Relations.

Grant began his HR career at Arnott’s and has more than 20 years’ experience in HR. Grant’s areas of expertise include developing leadership capability, organisational succession and design, leveraging technology solutions and developing cultures that improve business performance and increase employee engagement.
